Excellent service from Mohammed, who arrived in good time and drove carefully. We were able to pre-book a child seat for our toddler, which was great (most minicab companies won't provide one). We will definitely use MiniCabRide again.

I ordered several pens as gifts, chosing The Online Pen Company because of their clear website and wide range of pens. This was my first time using them and I'm glad to say that I was not disappointed. Good service with swift despatch to UK addresses and abroad. Recipients delighted.

I ordered a set of tailored car mats from CarMats4u, to replace the ones which were supplied by the vehicle manufacturer (but which were old and dirty). Three positive observations:

1. I could phone and speak to a real person prior to ordering, whereupon samples were sent out to me at no cost. The other company that I considered did not seem to have a phone number (all communications online) and was unable to provide a sample.

2. The mats were made/dispatched swiftly, even in the run-up to Christmas.

3. The quality of the mats is good, despite a modest price (I opted for a mid-range set). They are actually plusher than the original ones.

I also received a free winter kit (scraper, spray, sponge). The de-icing spray came in very handy just a few days later.

Ordered a fire extinguisher which needed to meet specific requirements. My queries (prior to ordering) were answered efficiently and personally. There was also a useful video about the product on website. Extinguisher arrived next day.
My only issue is that there was a huge amount of packaging relative to the size of product, especially a large quantity of bubble-wrap (difficult to recycle). On one hand the product was very well protected in transit, but on the other hand we have to think of the environment.
