The Gentleman who came to us was exceptional and very knowledgable definitely a 6 star job

Bought a new vehicle in March unfortunately has a nail in tyre and ATS wrote tyre off , rang Rac got call out but unable to go to their garage due to work . Received a texted and call from Rac telling me to take car to a tyre bay for survey and to be replaced if necessary. Got New tyre fitted and send Bill to Rac for refund. Now waiting since the 28th August for a refund rang several times on the last call I asked to make a complaint I was then told if I complained I would have to wait a further 8 weeks for payment . This is poor service. The call out was good that is why I gave 3 stars the tyre cover is poor

Samuel was very professional unable to get a suitable time for me as I work in funeral care, however, I rang the RAC and was told to take to any tyre fitter and forward the bill, I told the vehicle to ATS who done the work I then forwarded the bill still awaiting payment, but only been a few days all in all excellent service

Just joined so gave 4 stars all went well if the breakdown procedure goes as well it will be 5 Star, but hopefully will not needit

I have been collecting points on my Tesco card which I turn into cash to use for fuel. I had £38 last Sunday and had gain a further £3 which I turned into cash vouchers on then checking my balance it should have been £41 instead it read £29 I rang Tesco help desk and they informed me there was nothing he could do(Andrew) whilst being very polite. He informed me he would pass to an higher authority and they would respond sigh 7 days. Let’s hope they sort it.

I have just received my new car on checking the vehicle with the delivery guy one of the door locks had a slight problem. I contacted motorfinity who in turn contacted the Dealer Beagles I believe they are called who have done nothing about it. Although Fiona was exceptional I feel that the company should ensure that all vehicles are had full PDC before delivery. Also spoke to local Volkswagon dealer who can’t fit me in until 17 June.

I feel that we buy any car is a good company, however, I had a price for my vehicle, did not take the vehicle in tried again 11 days later and the price dropped just over £200 seems if they think the person is desperate to sell they drop quickly. I am going to try one more quote and if it goes back up I will probably trade. It will be interesting to see and I will of course update the site.
