Meet my expectation

The booking process is petty straightforward. However, I was so frustrated when dealing with online Chat service for my request. The chat agent’s response were very quick, then no further actions as she/he promised (transfer to sale department). It wasted my waiting time for most two hours. It also failed to make through a support call. My issue was finally solved by reaching to a real person (Kate Lima). She is very helpful. Surprisedly, she helped to match a lower price after my purchase. Great service from Kate Lima!
