My order was placed and confirmed on 12/3. My shipping label was created on 12/10. USPS is still waiting for the shipment to come. What a joke. The Christmas packaged tea will be half the price when I actually get them after Christmas. (12/29 Now...no shipment no movement) They should print 2026 on the package instead of 2025 Christmas so we can gift them next year if the tea is still good until 2027.

It is so sad to see bad reviews every year. The tea is good but the management is bad. I wonder if they can sell the business to a bigger company so we can at least have the teas we used to love.

My order was placed on 11/28. Still waiting for the shipment that will not make it on Christmas. I tried everything...calling, emailing, chatting, none of them worked. I will be stuck with all the festive boxed teas that are no use after Christmas. What is their refund policy anyway? When do they start counting 30 days? Why is this company still selling and offering promotions when they can not even fulfill the orders that were placed on Black Friday? It is so unfortunate because what they are selling is not as bad as the company.

Very pleased with my purchase. Worth paying for the international shipping.

I added a note if they could double bag or use heavy duty bags for my future international shipment as international shipping could be rough.. then they did!

The shipping was prompt. I only wish they double bagged my shipping as the bag was partially ripped and I was able to see what was inside.
Please use extra durable bags for international shipping. I feel extremely lucky that none of the items were lost during the travel.

Everything came in a timely manner. Will order again when I see the flowers next spring. Thanks to all the reviewers, the reviews were very helpful.
