I inadvertently ordered the wrong sized garment. I contacted Menvault and told them of my error, they replied within 12 hours and offered me a replacement pair only requesting that I paid for the postage and not the replacement. Michael was most helpful to me, I am exceedingly grateful to him and Menvault for their outstandingly good customer service - which clearly differentiates this company from many others, well done.

Once joined, the information, workshops, videos, notes and 1 to 1 training certainly begin to flow, and the customer support team are great - being helpful and informative, and a big plus patient and re-assuring. I find Kalkine staff to be helpful and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to reach them by phone, but an email always results in a returned phone call, so this is the best method for contact.

I was concerned about transferring money to China but found World First to be excellent. The system is easy to use, quick and efficient. If there are any queries then you can telephone and speak to your own dedicated support person - which is unusual these days. The tracking / recording system of transactions is very useful. Transactions are conducted swiftly, which again is reassuring.
