Impressive customer service response

Ordering was straightforward. The day after ordering I realised that I wasn't going to be at home when delivery was expected. I emailed Henry's and asked if there's any chance they could change the delivery address. I was very impressed with their responses..Although the order was already being processed , the parcel was located, the address updated and sent on it's way. The shipment arrived at the new address within the expected time frame. I was really impressed with that service. Tracking was also kept up to date .As to the watch it looks very nice and as described. Beautifully presented and packed. My grandson loves it. We will have to wait and see how well it performs over time.

Impressive

The company provided a link to all the information I needed to proceed with an application for a refund for 2 theatre tickets that we had been unable to use because of illness.
I was able to upload the required documentation and submit the application. I received a confirmation email very quickly. Even more impressive is that the full refund arrived in my bank account only a couple of days later. Thank you very much.

Garden Flat

The Garden Flat is a delight. The lounge is welcoming and comfortable and gets the afternoon sun as does the double bedroom which has plenty of storage space. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of hot water. Guests gave a large bath sheet each but there is only one hand towel. I think a second hand towel is needed. The kitchen dining room is spacious and fairly well equipped. A hand towel in the kitchen would be good and a spare tea towel..
Everywhere was really lovely and clean. We soon felt at home here.
A disc and parking permits are left for Guests to use. We managed to get a space outside the gate. I would have liked a bit more advice on how best to use the permits to meet the criteria as I think we used the permits in the wrong order and worried in case we weren't covered for the time period.
This could be added to the info book in the kitchen and the very useful app that we were encouraged to download.
Also worth adding is that if you go out of the back garden gate and turn right a level walk takes you in less than 10 minutes to the South Bay/Beach. We used the buses and again the whereabouts of the bus station makes things easier rather than Googling everything.
I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed with the Host Stay lack of communication. We did book last minute on a Saturday booked to arrive on the Monday. Payment and booking was straightforward but the follow up info didn't really arrive. I was waiting to depart for Scarborough but at 11am on the Monday I had still not received actual location and Access details. I did find this frustrating especially as this was.my first experience of booking with Host Stay. Despite that I would certainly recommend the property.

New to Magnesium

This was the first time using this site. I had been recommended to Geeks by friends . The online ordering was very easy. The delivery was excellent. I couldn't believe how quickly the order arrived. My husband and I are both taking the Magnesium 3in1. Its early days yet to say whether or not it is doing what it says it will do

Quick response at busy time

Order made and arranged for a click and collect at a local store. Order confirmation quickly received. The goods were delivered within a few days. Very good service especially as it was during the immediate post Xmas spell.

Review of Crocodile Garage Doors Verandas

First class fitting experience

Nathan and Wayne arrived just before 8 am this morning, as arranged, to fit our new garage doors. They quickly got on with the job and the door was installed within 3 hours. They left everywhere very tidy and explained all the workings to us. The old door has been taken away. The new door in Chartwell Green looks really nice. Paying by bank transfer made the whole procedure very easy . A very satisfying experience all round. We would definitely recommend Wayne and Nathan and Crocodile to friends and family.

Non participating venues

I like the concept of Taste card and have used it several times, mainly for coffee. Cafe Nero always accept the card but the last twice I have tried to use it the cafes I went to said they no longer accepted the card. They weren't part of the scheme. One cafe said they never had been part of the scheme. They declined to accept the card. The most recent occasion was at Peaberrys in Liverpool. As I asked them before ordering if I could use the Taste card and I showed them their details on my phone they said they would honour it on this occasion. That was very good of them. As a customer it is embarrassing to be put in this position. How confident can I be that the App is up to date.

First impressions make such a difference.

From contacting Crocodile to ask for a quote for a new electric garage door the service has been very professional. Debbie contacted us to confirm the appointment and sent us a reminder on the day. She arrived punctually. She carried out the survey and then told us everything we wanted to know about Crocodile, the company and the product. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm. We found her very easy to chat to. She answered all of our questions. We had no hesitation in placing an order with her. She is a credit to the company.

This was the first time I had used the Taste card. The staff at Cafe Nero in Liverpool 1 were extremely helpful and explained how to use it. The 4 of us had a selection of excellent coffee all with 25% discount. An excellent start to using Taste card.

Prompt delivery. Reaches well down into the bowl.
Still getting used to the handle which is quite long. Makes it a bit awkward to get brush head under rim. Looks easy to keep clean.

Good quality product but poor delivery service

I received my 2 masks yesterday 3rd August which were ordered on 20th July. As I hadn't had any order confirmation email I contacted Customer Services on 27th July. Tracy said the masks were on the way and at that point gave me the tracking details. The masks were shown as being dispatched on 25th July. Although the customer is charged for 24 hour tracked and signed for this leaves a lot to be desired. Although I had the tracking number it showed my parcel hadn't been scanned in. So my parcel wasn't in the system. Still don't know where it is. After liaising with Tracy in Customer Services she asked for the masks to be remade as a priority. These were then dispatched on Monday 3rd August. To be honest there eventual arrival was a bit of an anti climax more a relief that they had arrived. The masks themselves are well made and fit well. They are a new business and I wish them every success but their product is only as good as the back up in Customer Services and the delivery. Mine wasn't an isolated incident. Get it sorted otherwise you will have disgruntled customers.

A stylish jacket

This is my first purchase from Miss Designer Golf. The lightweight jacket is stylish and good quality. No feedback on sizing yet as this is a present. Customer Services were very helpful and infomative when I called them for some advice.
