DON'T USE SEZZLE!!!

Sezzle charged my bank account for an unknown reason more than once. Sezzle overcharged me for a down payment on a Walmart payment plan, processed a refund amount for the overcharge of the order, then chopped up the refund and applied it to the three planed payments. Even after this, still charged my account an extra charge/fee, for the same order, again and dated it for today. The order was placed on the 24th of January. Sezzle blamed Walmart. No order was made today, I have my purchase history from Walmart. Stay away from this app and DO NOT provide them your "real" bank account information. Also, check their business licensing in your state. They have an expired license in mine, in have receipts.

I Received Personalized Help

I was helped by Mr. Andrew Vagia. He was excellent. I did change my plan and did save some money on a new plan. He was so helpful, friendly, and patient with me. I apprieciated that.

As a past customer, if a new credit account can't be created, then keep your merchandice!

The order was placed ten days ago as of today. If Miles Kimball doesn't want to complete my order, then say so and I will take my business elsewhere.
