Shambolic. Order placed 2 weeks ago. Rang to confirm one day prior to delivery. Day of delivery - oil did not turn up. Rang to enquire/ get explanation. Nonchalant response from Certas ‘oh no won’t be delivered today’ No reason given. Cancelled order and requested a refund - takes 5 working days. 5 days in which our money is tied up and we are unable to reorder from our usual supplier + the cost of 600 litres of oil has risen by £30.
Pity Trust Pilot doesn’t offer a 0 stars rating - much more deserving for this cowboy outfit.

Impossible to evaluate the goods because the parcel never arrived - so probably 0 stars is more appropriate. Evri collection point less than helpful
Customer services worse than useless because it’s impossible to talk to a human being.
The order contained my granddaughters school shoes. (3 pairs for choice) Good old Amazon saved the day
Refund £106 awaited but I’m not hopeful. At 80 years old I have to balance the monetary worth against emotional investment associated with claiming. Unlikely to use John Lewis again.
All now resolved amicably, just a pity JL customer services did not respond until the very negative Trust Pilot review appeared.

Complete joke - I was conned - customer service non existent - phone line permanently 'busy' unable to use the £100 card I purchased because the code had expired.

Well packed, arrived promptly and goods were excellent quality. Especially good - dog towel - quick dry, lightweight and a sensible size - all for £3. Plants great quality too and I have never seen Sea Holly for sale before - bought some for friends too :) Will definitely use the home delivery service again. Charge of postage easily negated by parking and fuel charges I would have to make it shopping in person. Thank you.

I have a savings account - needed to register change of address +order new card as previous one had expired.
Took me 5 attempts - in the meantime I could not access my savings - needed to pay credit card bill. Each attempt operators were lovely - polite/helpful/friendly and each assured me that the new card was on its way. Took over a month to resolve - each thought they were helping - think some training might be appropriate. Now - need to contact SB to again amend my address because the address on the statement received is, unfortunately, an amalgam of old and new addresses!! Not good enough.
