Delivery was 5 days late. No contact from them to apologise or to say when Delivery would arrive. Extremely hard to get in contact with online team, emails where not answered.

Complete waste of time

Pay a premium for specific delivery by/on date. They then miss delivery and are unable to confirm when delivery is likely to happen. complete waste of time and not worth the small saving between their "cheaper" prices and the reliability of ther suppliers.. ( Bodmin area)

Stepped up to the mark

I suddenly found myself with very little heating oil. The Certas team were very helpful and got the whole thing sorted under difficult circumstances.

Ordered two weeks ago, nothing.

Ordered two weeks ago, no communication received whatsoever. Called them on day of ‘no later than’ date to be told ‘won’t be delivered today’. No call back, no escalation, no chance whatsoever will do business with this company ever again. Breach of contract, will now claim for damages and consequential loss.

NO NOTIFICATION THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY.
I FIND IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS POSSIBLE TO BUY MY OIL FROM BOILER JUICE AT A MORE COMPETITIVE PRICE THAN CERTAS, AS I UNDERSTAND IT CERTAS ARE ONE OF BOILER JUICES BIGGEST SUPPLIERS, IS THERE NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY ANYMORE.????
