We booked a weekend vacation at this Hotel. when we booked over the phone we informed them that we will arrive late due to business event that I am attending. The reception assured to my wife that you close at 23:00!

I arrived after driving 6 hours at 22:15 to see that they don't care about their customers and they simply closed the hotel and went home!!

They wrote me an email an hour before closing asking us to confirm that we will arrive. I am not so sure about the law in Germany but where we come from we are not allowed to text or email while driving! beside we did not have internet access at that time to check email and confirm. It would be nicer if they have called us.

I was travelling with my pregnant wife and a small child and they really made them suffer!!

I checked the booking paper you provided many times and I can't see anywhere that they specified the closing time of the reception and they don't have it at their website.

I truly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to enjoy a vacation and would like to avoid trouble.
