Excellent After Sales Service

Purchased a pair of Adidas boots however after a couple of months the upper was starting to come away from the sole. Contacted Greaves and I posted the boots back for them to check and received a full refund in a matter of days.

Excellent service so I bought another pair of boots from them.

Always nice to do business with a company who has excellent after sales service

Poor Service

I had to contact pro direct soccer as I had not received my order. They agreed it was late and offered a refund of my postage which I accepted. Boots arrived next day, but not in a branded box, just a plain brown cardboard box so I am concerned that they might not be the genuine article and still waiting for my refund....2 weeks later....not impressed. I have compared this too pro direct rugby who provided an excellent product and service

* Received a reply from pro direct....the refund has been processed only because I contacted you again....but thank you for confirming that the boots are genuine

I can see that your postage cost has been refunded today for you and this should be back in your account within around 3-5 working days. I can confirm that all of the items we sell on all of our websites are genuine and straight from all the manufacturers. Regarding the box you receiving your item in, it is possible that the box it originally came in was damaged so we did not want to chance sending you a damaged box. This is why you might of received your boots in a brown box.
