Awful experience, terrible customer service. Issues are blamed on us and "the browsers" despite the issues being across multiple browsers. Email issues are endless and again no support just continually telling us to check the settings which of course we had. Useless company we feel very let down. We'll be moving out website and emails post haste. Please don't touch this company. They are not worth your trust or time.

We booked with fuze and enjoyed being able to see all of the different personalities available for our wedding. Douglas stood out to us from the start. He was fun and easy to work with and helped us build our ceremony into a very personal experience which everyone found intimate and touching with quite a few laughs as well. We would recommend Douglas in a heartbeat. He was easy to communicate with and no ask was too big.

I really love Hello fresh. I have been with them since 2016 and frankly still love their food and recipes and the fun little extras you get now and again in the boxes. The food is different - even the sausages and mash just have so much more taste and always give you little extras you can add to your own cooking. The recipes can be complex or can be simple depending on what you pick - really good service. It's reliable and easy to use and yes I 100% recomend it to family friends etc all the time. My only complaint is that it is not an opt in service so if you forget to skip when you're going on holiday for example it can send a box out because you did not tell it you didn't want one which is a bit annoying. I just have a reminder set on my phone to opt in or out every week and that makes sure I have picked my meals for that week. It is a small price to pay for life changing food in my opinion. 5* no question. Only thing I would change is a fail safe for if I am going away.
I ordered the shoes to replace ones that had split. I was quickly contacted to say the shoes I had ordered were out of stock but that ones were available from another branch - I explained I had a wedding the next week and I was assured they were on their way. The shoes arrived the next day and were beautiful and comfortable and in good condition. I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you so much!
This friendly user friendly service is the best thing for my wardrobe I've ever done. The trunks arrive quickly I've never had an issue with payment. There's always an amazing selection of clothes. The staff are so friendly. Great service. 100% would recommend.
