Returns?????

Ordered 3 items and received order quickly but trousers did not fit me. Requested a return. I was given 2 options and I choose to keep trousers and receive a credit to use on line. Unfortunately the file they sent does not open so I cannot use this credit. I cannot get any communication now. Please beware when trying to use returns. Angry customer!!!!!

Unable to return

Same problem as everyone else on this site. Tried to return but keeps telling me my Internet is not connecting. Absolutely nothing wrong with my Internet but everyone trying to return is having same issue. After trying every which way to get this resolved finally an email came through with PDF files for a return slip and postal PDF I thought great now I can resolve this but surprise surprise the postage one will not download. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

More like what is right with this…

More like what is right with this company??Parcels going missing. Bad reviews. Don't answer queries as they report (within 24hrs) Never never got back to me!!! My parcel was worth £39. (Not this particular parcel) It was 2 pairs of jeans and it has disappeared into the ether????

Hays have employed the right people to do a great job. Most welcoming when going into office. Joshua was more than helpful organizing my holiday nothing was a problem. Highly recommend anyone wanting to book a holiday to call into Hays Downpatrick
