The item arrived quickly and was well package, plus had a nice surprise - a free gift! I have seen an improvements in my dog - he is shaking his head and scratching his ears less (within 2 wks) and his ears even smell better. The company have been in touch checking everything was ok and if they could help further - sending some useful tips via email as well which is a nice additional touch.

Good communication, well packed & fast delivery and a surprise free gift - what is not to love. My dog’s ears were quite red and sore and he was scratching and shaking his head. We’ve been through the antibiotics before so thought I would try something else. I’ve been using these for around a week and already noticed less head shaking/scratching and also reduced smelly ears - loom forward to seeing the continued improvements

Ordering was simple, good prices kept well up to date on delivery. We were missing an item thanks to a damaged box but once raised I received a quick response and resolution and replacement item received in a couple of days.

Thanks to an unexpected upgrade on delivery my parcel came next day - which helped as I was running out of the cream. Good price and easy to navigate site. Only slight annoyance was the box was quite dented when it arrived.

Placed an order 21st June to ensure I didn’t run out of food, on Tues 25th my item was with Evri - so I was expecting delivery shortly after. The re were no updates on tracking until the eve of Fri 28th - which stated being retuned to sender - no attempts has been made to deliver. I am no without food for my dog and having to spend more money getting a quick resolution. Not a happy customer I’m afraid!

Found the website easy to navigate. Delivery was a little expensive however, felt as it was via DPD it would get here fairly quickly. Unfortunately delivery was delayed so I called to chase, delivery notification came through later in the day. Items were well packaged and all arrived undamaged. All good quality - even the very reasonable priced bowl mat which is double thickness. Despite the delay in delivery I would order from L&L again.

Booked a collection from Homesense and delivery to us of a large mirror. Very helpful customer service team when booking, quick timescales (48hrs between booking and items being with us). Regular updates on booking via tracking, and a call from the driver when he was on his way given an eta. Quick delivery no fuss - would use again.

I ordered a replacement phone via Amazon and was really pleased with it, the condition was excellent. Helpfully there was a card mentioning they buy tech - the website was easy to navigate, helpful guide on how to check your condition and free postage. Quick confirmation and payment too. Would use again and have recommended them already

Used Patch before hence why I returned when I needed a replacement. Very easy to navigate the website with plants grouped by care requirements (virtually un-killable is my favourite!). Recommends pots to go with your chosen plant if you need one too. The plant arrived quickly, after receiving updates of my order progress, well packaged & a follow up email on how to care for my chosen plant😊

I had a squeaking noise coming from the brakes, got the car booked in, dropped off mid morning as was able to pick up just after lunch. Fortunately no issues with the brakes but the team kindly greased them all to alleviate any squeaks! Very friendly and polite throughout, would recommend the Autocentre in Worcester,

Our air con stopped working, and I was convinced that it was going to be expensive. I was aware Halfords did air con checks, but didn’t realise that tyres on the drive (part of Halfords) would do them too. The bonus being they would check for faults first and if they found one, would refund the air con recharge cost. The engineer arrived early & was efficient, fortunately for us we just needed a re charge to get the air con all working perfectly again.

Delivered within time slot, to requested location.

Took advantage of the free suspension check, having a bit of a creak on one side! We had to the rebook because of the snow and they were very understanding and planned us in again. Inspection was done quickly and we were advised no issue, however they had discovered a part which needed lubricating which was probably the freak and fixed that anyway, no charge at all even for time. Definitely recommend if you have a concern about your suspension, but also for general servicing.

On time, fast efficient service & polite mechanic. I have used before and will be using, plus recommending again!

Booked MOT and service, I had a call early in the day to say the car needed wiper blades in order to pass the MOT (I did think they might!) no extra charge just the cost of the blades which was nice. Had to return the vehicle with an issue and after investigation it it was an ongoing issue that hadn’t been picked up (leaky washer tube). The team were very helpful and did all they could to resolve it.

First time I’ve ordered with Wiggle, no issue and delivery was prompt. Has to return a couple of items which was easy to do (having a number of drop off locations all free of charge) and could track to the return. Notification of refund once the items were back at depot, all very smooth.

Ordered a few time from Superdry, impressed with the free delivery & free returns which is a nice customer service touch. Always pleased with the quality of the products, wash and wear well.
