Decent price. Oil arrived in good time (about 3 days before I thought it would) driver polite efficient and very respectful of property.

Good advice, caring home manager, good bookings in the main.

Totally rigid, no point unless it’s a basic enquiry. Agents have no authority, don’t read lengthy comment “you did this so … tough”. Need to be a lot more flexible, please

At first I was going to award a three, having tasted the Beaujolais and the Cotes de Rhone which I thought were very poor. Then I realised, after Christmas, that I had had a slight cold which had tainted my sense of taste ... So I retried them and found them all I hoped them to be. Delicious, full bodied cotes de Rhone and a light Beaujolais that reminded me of Christmas 1975 (the first time I tasted a Beaujolais) thoroughly recommend this selection from the Wine Flyer.

First rate insurance company with all the infrastructure in place to make sure my car was repaired in super quick time and I had an excellent hire car while the repairs were carried out.

Door to door delivery and pick up, great car, good communication. Friendly and responsive staff particularly Terri Roberts, the co-ordinator at base and the guys who dropped off and picked up the car. Can't fault them.

Pleasant delivery driver, had been here before so knew where things were and arrived early morning. Left him to it and all done.

Basically todays delivery was great. However you have failed completely to deliver 2 previous parcels, and lost vital medical equipment that I needed urgently so … despite a good delivery today 1/4 that got here deserves a one star.

I was out, there is a clear sign on the door asking to leave parcels in Summer House, however it was left in plain sight on the doorstep ... very risky for a high value item such as an apple mac!!

I was on holiday for 10 days, there is a note on all Coloplast deliveries that the safe place is the shed behind the garage. For some unknown reason your driver walked half way up the garden, ignoring the garage completely, and 'dumped' it on the grass outside a tin shed, where it sat for 8 days in rain and shine. Consequently the box was sodden. Fortunately the contents appear intact but I won't know till I us them.

This is the fourth time I have used GoCompare and three times it has provided me with a quote that has been half of the price I was quoted for renewal by my insurance broker. I will continue to use gocompare in future
