Dodgy replacement car hire agreemnt

Purports to be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) However your replacement car hire agreemnt isnt authorised by FCA in addition you become liable if thrid party insurer declines to pay with no legal comeback. I had to waste an hour of my life listening to all this on phone and then having to read again on their email. In addition they tried to up sell me on more insurance protection for the hire car which is despicable. Car deliverd day late picked up day late almost impossible to get hold of hire depot

I was so impressed with the service I…

I was so impressed with the service I received from Auxillis, the car they delivered as a courtesy car was amazing. The delivery driver was courteous and very helpful, I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great customer service.

When you have elderly relatives that ultimately rely on auxiliary to do their part, you're in trouble. Never again

Very professional

Quick and efficient

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. A customer of an opposing insurer, hit my car and admitted responsibility on the day and to their insurer november 2025. I have had to chase and chase auxilius for any help. I have had false information. No one seems to take any ownership of their customers case. I gave spoke to various staff who over months who seem clueless and hugely contradictory to each other. If your insurer uses auxilius id seriously avoid. Theyre provide awful customer service and fail to provide any legitimate information. In addition they have lied which i have evidence via email. Hugely avoid this aweful associated company.

Was not a good week and all the hassle…

Was not a good week and all the hassle of ringing round getting to work and then auxillis sorted me a van was there on time and even had it 2 extra days and they come and pick it up all on email and so quick which was great I could get on with work and life was sort of back to normal

Super efficient, very friendly team.

Great service from Auxillis

From the day I had my accident my ‘No Fault Claim’ was dealt with smoothly and efficiently by Auxillis in conjunction with Volkswagen and the vehicle repair workshop.
