Unreliable service. A family member paid for a parcel to be delivered to me next day before 12. When she tried to track it, the website says it in London, when I try it says it's being held in the Honiton depot. I now won't be able to arrange receipt of the parcel for another week. Their AI chat is useless and don't bother with their phone line either as that is also AI. There's a reason people select next day delivery and if DPD can't meet their commitments, I won't be using them again.

We ordered one set of side tables and were then informed that they had underestimated the time needed for the concrete to set and they would be delayed. We cancelled that order but a few months later thought that we would give them another go as they were efficient at informing us and refunded promptly. We ordered in December for April delivery. In March they told us that due to changes in the rules for importing rosewood we couldn't have those tables but others would be made with a different wood for a June delivery. After months of no updates these were eventually delivered on 30th June. We opened one and tried to assemble it. Three out of the six sockets that the legs screw into don't have threads so we are unable to attach two out of the three legs! We didn't even bother to open the other. 8 months we waited for these and they aren't even fit for purpose.
