The parcel was not picked up as there were no labels? Can't get in touch with any human to sort the problem out! Made several phone calls only to be on hold for 40 mins the first time, 30 mins second time then gave up! Can't even email them either. I ended up paying the repairer of my item to sent it to me direct by dpd. Do not under any circumstances think you can send a parcel or use the app and get any help when you need it.

Shocking!
Shockingly bad, parcel from Sky shouod have arrived Friday, stayed off work, suddenly got a message that I wasnt in and the driver posted of a picture of my front door taken from Google street, nothing how my door actually looks now. Spent an hour to get through to customer services who told me they would call the depot and the driver would be back the same day.....never came back. Website said back Monday.....stayed off work, never came. In work today, got message thst driver was on the way.....had to push the delivery until tomorrow. See what happens!

They didn’t deliver my parcel, claiming that I was not at home, when in fact they didn’t even come by. When I called to ask for information, the woman who answered the phone hung up on me because she couldn’t understand the tracking number when I said it in English (literally numbers from 1 to 10).
When I called back, the same woman answered and rudely told me that she would not speak English to me at all, even though I suggested that I could speak slowly in English and she could reply in Dutch.
A complete disaster. I will not order anything again if it is delivered by this company.

DPD Croatia - Zero stars if you ask me. Unreliable, slow with unhelpful customer service. If you want to wait a long time for your package, if you want it to be delivered to wrong parcel shop and get zero notifications on this, if you want slow and unhelpful customer service - do chose DPD. Rock bottom in transport and delivery.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR RATING but it's not an option. The WORST parcel courier service/ customer service. Incompetent delivery drivers that can't do their job. No policies/ procedures in place to hold staff accountable. Everytime I have a delivery scheduled with DPD they ALWAYS fail to do their job. The drivers lie and say they attemp delivery when they never do. I should be left a calling card but NEVER am. Call "customer service" and they are equally unhelpful with no solutions.

An absolute shambles of a company.
I watched my tracked parcel until it suddenly started saying arrive tomorrow.
I contacted head office who explained that they didn't actually know where my parcel was.
I have no confidence that any parcel i send out, or am to receive would likely arrive if it sent via DPD.
DPD lied about delivery and does not communicate.
After ordering a tailor made insect screen from Amazon [to be delivered to me in the Netherlands] the delivery was given to DPD. The initial delivery appeared to be OK. However the item just did not appear, nor was any communication made by DPD. No delivery details were given, I expected email communication, nothing. After feeding the package number into the DPD system the item was listed as delivered, further delving learned that the item had reached the local distribution centre and DPD claimed 'unsuccessful delivery' they never appeared at my door. Further delving learned that the item had ended up in Belgium and was listed as delivered. Later 'returning to sender' without any explanation. The supplier was also involved in this tracking debacle. It would appear that the item is now back in transit to me [confirmed by the supplier] I have received no communication about delivery moment from DPD, I can only track the item thru the DPD website to find out when they expect to deliver, which means checking this every couple of hours to see if the situation has changed. If ever an item I order is to be delivered by DPD I shall cancel the order as DPD just can not be trusted. Now DPD is saying they sent me an email with delivery details, they did not, lying again

Last one was this package 05222759182297. I am quite sure that it was stolen with delivery man. It was a painting. They supposed to deliver to pick up point and left status - was not able to deliver. Like it was not possible to deliver to pick up point that always opened? That is a bullshit. I am sure it was stolen 100 percent. A worse thing not DPD no one is responsible. It is not about returning the money and all is good - I do not need the money I need my order. You as a company supposed to deliver it NOT STEAL!! YOU - OWNERS IF THIS SCAM COMPANY - HOW IS THAT TO HAVE A STATUS OD THIEF??The propose of your company ( just a reminder because I see you forgot) To a SERVICE of delivery - NOT STEALING THINGS!!! Because that is who you are. It does not matter if you or your employees steal - if it happened on your company you have direct responsiblities because you system allows it. But I would not write if that would be only case. With another case - they provided me incorrect locker number - I was just not able to open the locker. They said same - we do not responsible for that. And one more time they sent my parcel to another location and I had to take a taxi to get it. But it was not that bad because another time they sent it to ANOTHER CITY!!! They are SCAMMERS all company including OWNERS! THEY STEAL THINGS

It’s a horrible experience, the driver didn’t show up to delivery the parcel slot was 12:37 to 1:37 and guess what ?the driver handovers the parcel to the DPD port at 1:30 I mean seriously? How irresponsible I was literally standing out of my house for a 1and half hour to receive my package but the driver didn’t even show-up this is so frustrating and irresponsible things to do.I took my off just to receive the parcel as if you won’t be their physical they won’t leave the parcel but making people look stupid this is so wrong , I don’t recommend using DPD at all . If me I won’t be using DPD for my any parcel but unfortunately someone had to use to send it to me , but trust me this will be last .

2.5 hrs late then they sent it straight back to the sender, no option to rebook a delivery
So the driver was 2.5 hrs late over the given time slot. I took my lunch break early from work to be home, but when they did bother to apparently deliver I wasn't home. They sent it straight back to the sender, no option for me to rebook. Truly awful customer service when i called to ask WTH they thought they were doing, just got the 'yeah sorry about that'

The worst service , even one star is too much. When I see the delivery is with dpd I am sure I won’t get it or there will be problems. They informed me the delivery 1176 6847 0655 05 L would be between 11-12, I know nobody would be home so I asked to leave the parcel at the gartenhouse. The delivery took place at 14.44 instead, the whole family were at home, lights on , but nobody even rang the door. I got an email the parcel is delivered to gartenhouse , went immediately out but it wasn’t there! I am sure they never even came to our Adresse! Horrible service, just a shame
Can you imagine a worse service? I can't!
I live in a slightly difficult-to-access location so I do everything possible to make it easy for delivery drivers. Despite this, at least 70% of deliveries fail and the drivers appear to make no effort.
Beyond this, my deliveries get scheduled for the end of the day, which means the driver doesn't get around to it because they have too many other stops beforehand. You would imagine that if this were to happen, your delivery would be prioritised for the following day, but instead DPD returns the parcel to the sender with no explanation. Can you imagine a worse service? I can't!

First, your delivery person didn't leave my package at the pakketpunt promised time or date; I've been waiting for 4 days now
Second, the pakketpunt - Ellerweg 1D is not operated anymore. It's permenantly moved to Begijnhofweg 7 (Begijnhofweg 7, 6037 RJ Kelpen-Oler) - I had to ask someone to get a new address.
Thrid, your company didn't update the state of Pakketunt on Google map nor DPD website. Waste my time and money

They dont read delivery instructions and just drive away to “complete the tick the box exercise”. Miserable service. Big ecommerce seller should not use

Been waiting a week for my parcels out for delivery but doesn't come driver takes photo of my entrance to the building does not deliver nxt day deliver get one parcel ask if there is another parcel he said no 6pm I get email saying sorry we couldn't deliver today then I wait 3days get told delivery but don't come nxt day get delivery but it does not come I'm still waiting was told it was lost in transit one time they are a joke
