Not a good experience
In regards to call out for repair that went straight forward, but after tv picked up it taken 3 days to say tv need replacing, the call to them took over 45 mins, the replacement offer was ridiculous offering a very cheap brand for a paid premium brand that I had before was not impressed. We settle on cash settlement, still under value which again taken 4/5 days for such a big company who sell cover for most brands you would think a better care service was in place.
