There is nothing bad to say about First Direct - they are marvellous.
There staff are always friendly and helpful and their on-line banking is so clear and easy to use - you can't go wrong, but it is so reassuring to know that there is always help available if needed.
I love First Direct, have been with them over 20 years and would never ever change banks.

I recieved my order on time and beautifully packaged.

The individual fragrances are truly magical and the story that accompanies each one is a small masterpiece.

Have not yet decided on my favourite yet, just enjoying the daily dip into the mystical.

My only criticism is that the fragrance is not very long lasting so by the end of the day there is very little scent lingering but other than that I am delighted.

I signed up for something I don't need for no reason and so far I have nothing to report as you have not provided any support.

Appaling. The product ordered was in no way the product I received. When I tried to return it I was told I would have to pay the return post of $50 - which I declined.

After very many emails they graciously agreed to refund $15 - from an $85 sale.

The product is so awful, I couldn't even regift it.

Never use this company as they will not honour their returns policy and their products are sub standard

Unfortunately the bras were no good for me but the customer service was exemplary and the return service was also very straight forward.

I have an email stating parcel was delivered but it hasn't been, nor has it been left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Customer service is not available on a Sunday so I have no ability to check what has happened.

I love this bank, have loved it for over 20 years. There has never been an occasion when FD has not done everything in its power to help me with whatever the issues is - large or small.
Can't sing their praises highly enough!

Very comfortable and pretty clothes. The jumper I ordered had been too well packed so took several washes to remove the creases. The leggings are somewhat big on the bum but overall the clothes are good quality and reasonably priced. The dresses are my particular favourite.
