Definitely a way to lose weight. Customer service good although first you have to pass by the robot shame. Loss of jobs and my query had to be passed by a human anyway who was very responsive. Love the products and discounts

Extremely disappointed with the Fork I booked a restaurant in Geneve the Tehran with 50% discount plus 2400 yums using special code. I went to the restaurant and got my discount but the Fork didn’t credit me the yums and said the reservation was cancelled. In order to reinstate the yums they wanted proof I had been, credit card bill or statement. I had neither so no proof since I paid cash. Clearly the Fork doesn’t believe me. Am now having difficulty getting the restaurant to put the reservation back in the system. I am regularly using the Fork and find it disgraceful that they do not honour what to me is legally a contract.
The goods arrived extremely quickly. All in good condition. Every product I have tried so far had been tasty. Far better than other products. Weight loss going well

Two days after delivery products rotten. To be avoided. Even though products in date they say products have a different consumption date so refused me reimbursement. This time mandarines rotten would love to post photo of rotten products but not able to
Thé payment never goes through. Plenty of money on card and give second authorization. Waste of time this company. No choice of products either. Go elsewhere

11 weeks for Austrian to reply to my complaint and reply with complete indifference. Insincere apologies. A cancelled flight for bad weather is acceptable but lack of security at Vienna airport is not when all passengers had to use escalator -the whole plane load - and a crowd grew at the top because the people did not move away from the escalator as the info desk was just at top. A near accident was prevented by someone stopping the escalator. The executive lounge providing out of date products is disgraceful for a cost of euros 44. Boarding a plane when even the bus driver knew the flight was already cancelled just added to the bad experience. Try alternative airlines …
Still not received. 14 days so far. Package misrouted 4 times. Would like to order for delivery to Switzerland but no products on the site. Take the country off the list of countries you can deliver to

There is always a payment issue when there is no problem with the card. Never online chat. Phone help just took details of card again but could not help further. Disappointing choice for customers from Switzerland. No meals. Maybe 2 shakes.

27 days now no order. Do many excuses and reply on trust pilot says can’t locate account. I have ordered a total of 19 times over £2000. Still waiting. Packages are badly wrapped and postman for last package asked if I wanted to accept it since it was falling apart. In the past I have dealt with Matt the Executive who seemed to be better than the rest and eventually sorted this time when I have asked for more explanation they just copy and resend the last message. As people know and Exante should people eat when they are stressed distressed and sad. This business with Exante makes you reach for food. When you want to diet and feel motivated waiting weeks for products and have difficulties to reply to their messages you give up before you start. Shame on you Exante. Your greed on sending each week offers on products which are out of stock is disgusting. Also reword your template reply saying truly sorry. You are not so font be hypocrites. Respect your customers and give s better service. Not sure how the hut group made so much money

Been waiting now 22 days since placing my order. Order still not left warehouse but they took my money. Many communications with Exante and all their excuses are amazing. Last one was they are taking special precautions for safety of their staff. So beware if you are lucky enough to get your order in one or two days. They haven’t looked after their staff properly. Very bad service in my case☹️😥
