I'm sick. I can't leave my house because I'm infected with varicella virus, so I was waiting the whole day for my delivery. There is no same day delivery, not even next day delivery. So I planned 2 days in advance to order it. They didn't do the delivery, and when I call nobody answer. I had to listen to their terrible choice of waiting song for almost 30 mins without any answer.

This is the second time my online order was not delivered to my doorstep. Instead, the delivery person simply left all my items outside the main entrance of the building without even ringing my doorbell—which, by the way, works perfectly fine.
Thankfully, a kind stranger helped me carry the heavy boxes (including a cool box) up two steep flights of stairs. Given that I recently had an accident and cannot lift heavy items, I would not have been able to manage on my own.
When I called the hotline to complain, the first thing the agent asked was whether I had contacted Swiss Post. I was baffled—why would I do that? I placed my order with Migros, not Swiss Post. If Migros has issues with their logistics partner, that is their problem to resolve, not mine.
As compensation, I was reluctantly offered a 10 CHF discount on my next order—only after I specifically asked for it. Since I need to return the cool box for a 20 CHF refund, I will have to place another order. However, given that this isn’t the first time this has happened, I have little confidence it will be the last.
At this point, I seriously doubt whether I want to continue using Migros Online in the future.

Upon questioning her, she didn’t cancel it from the bill but instead returned cash to us . We are not sure what she was trying to hide but blaming my 4 year old for eating her sweets and then charging us is horrendous , all this just because we are tourists

I bought a man’s shaver (90 Sfr) two months ago. It has a 3 year guarantee. One of the 3 heads fell off. The people at Service Client Migros Porte de Nyon refused to honor the guarantee.

My wife loves to go to migros, I prefer the other shop with double o cp. they have beer and mister Gottlieb Duttweiler didn't want to have such products of sin in his shop. Fair for me, my wife doesn't drink anyway.

If there is an option to give 0 or -1 stars, I would just give that to migros interlaken. We were visiting Swiss for the first time on a vacation and came to Migros to purchase some groceries and cake as it was my Sons Birthday. When we checked out our items, we needed a bag and the cashier pointed us to go the front and pick up. While my husband was still at the cash counter, I went out to pick up the paper bags which I had seen earlier. I came back with the paper bags but by then my husband already had paid for plastic bag. Unknowingly I gave him the paper bags thinking we could use them ( we come from United States where paper bags are provided when customers check out.) but the lady at the cashier started speaking in Swiss German and scolding, she grabbed the paper bags and literally just threw them on the other side with a frowning face. I am not sure what she was saying but her attitude towards dealing this situation made us feel unwelcome and insulting. We weren’t aware that bags/paper bags are not included and not sure how things work here as we are learning the process. It would have been greatly appreciated if she could have communicated the same in a polite way. We weren’t there to get items for free and we have paid for stuff we bought. Treating us like a piece of S*** shows what Migros culture is. You guys are just TERRIBLE!!! and probably racist like what other reviews says. May be it’s your way of treating non white people. Teach your store associates to Treat people with dignity. You guys are the worst!!!! We are never going to visit here again!!!!
Do not order fresh food from them. Today I received rotten salads and the other day, the onions were black in next to no time. They seem to have difficulty with storing fresh produce.

I have shopped from Micros Online Bolu, Turkey. They stole from me, not only my time but also my money. I order and paid for 1 kg cheese the sent me 500gr, I ordered and paid for two pack of other type of cheese, I received only one of them, I ordered avacado two of them was rotten already. God this brand is awful and I think they are con-artist

Today is been the second time in a really short period of time that a cashier made me feel so uncomfortable checking all my stuff making me feeling like a thief in front all the people crossing by. All the time this happens I’ve paid everything and they can check our family account online and see we are a regular costumers with no problems at all. So I don’t understand why Migros is treating us like a thief just because we are not blonde. It was not random because the woman was circling us like a shark until the machine ask for her attention. I do not understand why do I have to feel anxiety or discomfort when I go to their place when I’ve ever done anything wrong? Why is their company developing this behavior against people that do not look like people look like here? We’re from Spain and I think this is so disrespectful and so so annoying.
