We never received our order and never got the refund

We ordered 4 dining chairs from home24.ch
But we NEVER received our order. They marked them as delivered but they never arrived.
We contacted them but they forwarded our messages to the "seller" and the seller replied that they already issued a refund to home24 so they admitted the chairs were not delivered.
The seller was responsive and replied quickly they already refunded Home24 and they sent us a receipt of the refund to Home24

Home24 has been not responding and we sent them tens of messages, they keep ignoring us !! There is no direct way to call them or get a hold of a customer service number.

Absolutely horrible experience!!!
No chairs and no money refunded! We lost 715 CHF for nothing!!!

Our purchase was with Home24.ch so we expect them to solve the issue!! Give us our money back!!
It has been a month and still no help!

Worst experience ever!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!
We booked a car on 3rd of May to be picked up on 15 of June .. so 6 weeks in advance
The price was 2200 SEK for 6 days
Then on the day of the pickup they change the price of the booking to be 3200 SEK !!!!!
and then less than an hour to pickup the car, they cancel the whole reservation saying there is no car available!!!!!!!
How the hell it's not available when it was reserved 6 weeks in advance????
Now our vacation plans is destroyed!! How are we going to find a car now just before our travel!!!!!
So bad and disgusting customer service!! They put a phone number and there is no way to be able to speak to someone... All the options give the same answer at the end which is send an email

Worst experience ever!! Never use this service.

They cancelled my flight without notification

They cancelled my flight without an email or notification in the app!! Nothing at all !!!
I opened one day the app because I wanted to check some details and yo my surprise I found out that the flight is cancelled 😡
I did not receive any type of notification.
I called customer service and they were very rude and asked if I want a refund!! Like there is any other option I have !!!
Very rude customer service… after I confirmed yes I want my money back since your airline cancelled the flight… I was asking if there’s any compensation because I have to book a different flight with a different airline which is more expensive, they hang up the phone in my face 😡😡

Very very disappointing

Very very disappointing and embarrassing!!! I chose a very beautiful bouquet from their online shop to be delivered to my friends for their new baby … but the delivered bouquet was terrible!!! Much much smaller than the picture and so much less flowers!!! Almost only green grass
Very embarrassing and disappointing and very sad
They ruined my surprise for my friends 😢
They charge expensive prices, and you think you will get something good out of this… but you will be very disappointed

Bolia design is nice but customer experience is not

Bolia design is nice and interesting. We bought a sofa from them in Stockholm, which can be transformed into a bed. The design idea is super unique but the customer experience is really not good. We had to wait for 3 months to get the sofa, and then when it arrived we found weird spot in the middle of the sofa like damaged texture. We messaged them immediately about it. It took them over a month to reply to us and asking for the order number!! Even though I replied to their own email. Anyway I replied immediately to them and now it has been over a week and they didn't reply anything back.
Their price is super high but we thought with them we will get a better experience but actually not at all. I think I would not buy from their store again.

Theives and bad people. Do NOT buy from them

Theives and bad people they were stealing my money every month with a membership I did not sign up for !!!! and I did not notice the transactions until after 6 months!!! Every month they took 129 SEK without me knowing!! I hate them !! Do not buy from them!!! They are spam!!!
