Beware.

Beware.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Jack’s Flight Club.
I never received any value from their service, and yet they insisted on keeping my money because of their refund “policy.” To me, this feels like a business model that depends more on catching people out than on keeping customers satisfied.

I noticed a charge of €48 from my bank account that I never intended to make, and the company name on my bank statement was “Camden”, which gave me no clue it was Jacks flight club.... I actually cancelled my creditcard to prevent further payments (!) causing even more hassle in my daily life.

I never used any of their services, and despite reaching out as soon as I found out about the payment, I was refused a refund.

Jack has no interest what so ever in happy customers - only in their money.

Update, October 3rd 2025: I've seen your reply below, and wanted to comment on that:

I did in fact reach out to your support team after discovering the charge — but was still refused a refund. I understand you have a policy, but please dont use it just to hold on to unhappy customers money. This doesn’t feel fair or customer-friendly.

I never used the service, never intended to renew, and would have gladly cancelled had I known.

I appreciate your response, but I hope you review your refund process — not just cite policy.

Hey there. We're so truly sorry to see of your experience with your auto-renewal and would have loved an opportunity to look further into this for you. Sadly, no account details were provided with your review and our request for additional details has not been answered to date.

Without the additional details to actually locate your account, we are unable to see the specifics of your renewal, to ensure there was no service failure.

We can advise that at the time of sign-up, we always make sure to inform our members that all our plans are automatically renewing and can be canceled at any time. However, we understand that it can be easy to forget or overlook this detail. That signup does require your card details, which asks that you approve of the auto-renewing charge before you are sent our Premium alerts. On both the sign up and cashier pages, you are also provided with the date of the renewal and the amount that would be charged. We pride ourselves on being very upfront with these details, so we ensure they are mentioned several times.

We completely understand that dates are missed and provide a 14 refund timeframe, from the date of the charge, in which you are able to receive a full refund. Sadly, we are unable to provide a refund outside of this timeframe.

We truly value our members and are more than happy to assist them, within reason that is fair to them and also to us as a company. Our many 5 star reviews - many of whom have received refunds within their refund timeframes - are a testament to that.

Beware!
I signed up for what I believed was a one-time offer from Dancebit. What I didn’t realize was that I was being subscribed to a recurring monthly plan. Over the next three months, I was charged a total of around $160 USD — for a service I never used, never accessed, and honestly didn’t even know I was subscribed to.
There were no email reminders or notices of renewal, and to make things more confusing, the company name showing up on my bank statement was “Wilmington”, which gave me no clue it was Dancebit. I cancelled my creditcard to stop the payments. By the time I figured out what was happening, I had been charged multiple times for something I didn’t want, didn’t use, and didn’t benefit from.
When I discovered the charges and contacted customer support, I explained the situation openly and honestly, expecting a fair resolution. While the team was responsive and polite, they repeatedly refused to refund more than the last month — even though I never used the product at all. Their response? “Terms of Use.”
They kept referring to their legal fine print and closed billing periods, rather than acknowledging that I never benefited from the service.
A decent company recognizes when a customer made an honest error, especially when no service was ever used, and works to make things right. Dancebit chose not to.
Bottom line:
If you're considering signing up for Dancebit, be very careful. Read every small line. Double-check if you're entering a subscription. Because once you're in — even if you never use the service — they’ll keep your money, no matter how reasonable your request may be.

"En otillfredsställande upplevelse med …

"En otillfredsställande upplevelse med många irritationsmoment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" blev det definitivt när jag hade en enkelt fråga och försökte komma i kontakt med Klarna.
På hemsidan står så fint:"Vill du prata med oss? Då är det bara att höra av dig till vår kundservice. " Problemet är bara att under "Kundservice" finns ingen info om epost adress, och telefonnummer försvinner från hemsidan om man startar en "chat".

En summering:
*Email från Klarna går inte att svara på (no-reply).
*Ingen epost adress finns på hemsidan.
*Ok, då startade jag en "chat" funktion på hemsidan. Fick nummer 36 som könummer. Efter 3 timmar hade jag fortfarande "plats 1" i chat-kön, kom alltså inte vidare. Då tänkte jag ringa.... men nej, inget telefonnummer syns på hemsidan om man har startat chaten!!!!!"

Jag startade om chaten, kom till slut fram - där personen som svarade hävdade att all info fanns under "Kundtjänst"...
Till slut fick jag tag på j***a epost adressen och kan skicka min enkla fråga till detta företag - men jag kommer aldrig med ha med Klarna att göra. Märkligt att dom tycker det är ok att hantera mina pengar men är närmast okontaktbara annars.
