I've been with Gamsgo now for at least 5 years and have purchased many of their products.
I've also got my friends and family to buy aswell.
I feel confident in doing this because the after sales service is second to none.
Any problems are sorted in minutes and these guys know their stuff.
There's no messing around with waiting times and excuses....they get the job done and offer great deals.
I'll continue to use these guys for everything going forward because the prices are very very competitive and won't be beat by anyone.
It's a no brainer not to use Gamsgo

I had bought tyres a month ago and Tyreleader told me that I'd be refunded after 30 days if they didn't arrive.
30 days have lapsed and I'm still getting ignored.
These people should be avoided at all costs because their liars and the costumer service is non existent.
My case is going to the European small Claims court,these people aren't getting away with this

To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement.
I ordered tyres on the 11th of September and now it's the 9th of October.
Tyreleader are blaming the courier for the loss and are now refusing to return my messages.
They've stole €253 from me so I'd advise anyone that's thinking of buying from here then DONT!!!!
Also...you think you are buying from an Irish company but they're French or sometimes Spanish.
Best of luck to anyone hoping to get a refund from them and I really don't know how they can get away with this.
I'm taking legal action because it's my only option left.....so buyer beware!!!!

My shipment went missing or off the radar on 12 Sept,Tyreleader costumer service asked me to open a ticket which I did and it was certainly not prioritised in any way.
They blame DPD for loosing the tyres eventho the tyres never left their warehouse.
DPD have emailed me and said that the goods never entered their network.
I'm sick to death of emailing these people and today is the 3rd of October.They won't ring me and send these automated messages.Theress no costumer support whatsoever and I'm after loosing over €300 because of this fiasco.
Furious is an understatement,these people have robbed me and re giving me the cold shoulder now and are blaming a courier.

If I could give half a star then I would.
Avoid this company at all costs,use Opened.ie instead.
I bought tyres on 12th of Sept for my NCT on 27th.
They never even shipped them and refuse to refund be because they're blaming DPD.
The tyres never entered DPDs network and they're dragging their feet and ignoring my emails.
There has to be a way to stop this from happening....total scammers!!!!

I got my rebate within 7 days of application...swift process and delighted to have went with Irish tax rebates for my returns

Pre order never arrived,I've send 5 emails a day for the last 3 weeks...no response whatsoever and my order is unfulfilled on the website.
I requested a refund or even some response but nothing...blank!!!!

I bought a CD from them and was waiting weeks for it to land.Ive sent 15 emails to them and not one reply.I even translated emails from English to Jap and German but still nothing.
These people should be banned from selling anything and I'd like to advise everyone I know to NOT buy from these amateurs.
So I'm €33 down and have nothing to show for it....only disgust.

I contacted costumer service and was put in contact with the manager of all managers Luke Teeling.
Luke assured me that my packet would be found and delivered and he was true to his word.I had hourly updates from him and he kept me upto date on every aspect of their process of finding mislaid items.
So it's now winging it's way to Galway with a first class service.
I couldn't fault Luke and his team for what they've done for me and made my Xmas.
Fair play guys

I can't fault them for anything really,they went above and beyond the call of duty to get my scooter to Cork on time.

Had a good chat with Rebecca on the workings of the new fibre broadband and she talked me through what was gonna be done in the next few days with engineer visits etc.Billing,prices and installation process was discussed and il be doubling my existing speeds and saving money aswell...so all good.

I've bought 3 items over the last few months from Hartleys, only gripe I have is they don't ship direct to Ireland but I use Addresspal to get the goods here.
Other than that I cant fault the service and quality

So got a call from bluestone,the call felt like i was on trial for something and the operators tone was demeaning and unfriendly.
She was obviously reading from a script,she told me the date they would come for payment and then said that sometimes they come earlier and a payment of 12.50 is incurred if funds arent there.
So basically they can call for the payment either before or after the agreed date and its just tough luck if the funds arent there.
Not a good call tbh

I received my goods but the packaging was damaged and the vinyl sleeve was also torn and spoiled the LP

I'm getting asked to review my order and I didn't get it yet???
