Disappointed the disillusioned.
At the time of writing this I am very disappointed with the extremely slow response. I am claiming for a missed port whilst on a cruise. I have spoken to other people on my cruise who have experienced the same problems with Gigasure. I have sent many e mails with little response. The app would not work so I had to telephone for assistance with the claim. This was extremely difficult due to a time delay in conversation. I hope this will evoke some response from Gigasure. I wished I had stayed with my previous travel insurance company whom I had no problem with. I always take out annual insurance cover. I still await Gigasure comments.
