Disappointed the disillusioned.

At the time of writing this I am very disappointed with the extremely slow response. I am claiming for a missed port whilst on a cruise. I have spoken to other people on my cruise who have experienced the same problems with Gigasure. I have sent many e mails with little response. The app would not work so I had to telephone for assistance with the claim. This was extremely difficult due to a time delay in conversation. I hope this will evoke some response from Gigasure. I wished I had stayed with my previous travel insurance company whom I had no problem with. I always take out annual insurance cover. I still await Gigasure comments.

I have opened a Fixed Rate 1 year…

I have opened a Fixed Rate 1 year savings account as advertised by Martin Lewis. I had no problem opening the account but have had a lot of problems transferring funds to the point that my bank keeps blocking my account. My bank are not happy with these transfers which has been very worrying . An advice or comments would be appreciated. My husband was also going to open one of these accounts but this has now put him off.

Some of our customers have informed us that their bank or building society displays a Confirmation of Payee (fraud warning) message or blocks transfers to their Raisin UK Account. Before transferring larger deposits, we recommend initially transferring a small amount to validate your Raisin UK Account, such as £1, and confirming that this amount is available in your Raisin UK Account (within 24 hours).
