Bought a Renault Megane 2016
Bought a Renault Megane 2016, 1.5 DCi in august 2019. At first glance the car was in good condition considering the age and km (48.000). The car had a small problem with the air-conditioning that, as told before handing me the car, was fixed. Exactly 1 year later the car had the same problem and I had to begin a very expensive problem solving situation in order to fix it. I was informed that the car has a leak and that it would be fixed but of course it wasn't.
That's why I would not give top marks. Otherwise the people are very helpful, the process is fast and general good customer service.
I would try and be more carefull about these kind of situation, just because in my insurance I didn't have coverage for that specific problem and have seen it after 1 year because of the cold season.
