Great experience from start to finish! The car was ready on the agreed day, cleaned, serviced, and with all paperwork done. Friendly and professional staff, nice office, and excellent service from Ahmad-always quick to respond and even followed up afterward. Drove from Aarhus and it was worth the extra trip. Highly recommend!

I can only have the best experience with this firm. Very professional, great service and everything was delivered with super quality and great care.
Bought a Renault Megane 2016, 1.5 DCi in august 2019. At first glance the car was in good condition considering the age and km (48.000). The car had a small problem with the air-conditioning that, as told before handing me the car, was fixed. Exactly 1 year later the car had the same problem and I had to begin a very expensive problem solving situation in order to fix it. I was informed that the car has a leak and that it would be fixed but of course it wasn't.
That's why I would not give top marks. Otherwise the people are very helpful, the process is fast and general good customer service.
I would try and be more carefull about these kind of situation, just because in my insurance I didn't have coverage for that specific problem and have seen it after 1 year because of the cold season.
As a person who just arrived to Denmark, they were so helpful and supportive to make me understand Danish Car Market and what should be my preference according to my lifestyle. They are doing truly honest work and you can trust what they say. The car I bought was in exceptionally good condition in a good price. I will definitely will be purchasing my future cars from Theis and his team.
