I live in Denmark, but bought tickets for Sam Fender at St James Park as well as 'Refund Insurance', turns out I can't get over there anymore, but apparently you have to give documented evidence of illness, travel disruption etc or they won't refund - they don't even have a resale service available like other ticketing sites - really poor service, but they don't care.

BG sent me an email stating they had reviewed my account and would send a refund, nothing came, so I went on the chat and all I got was that it was an automatically generated email and tried to make out that I was unreasonable to expect it even though I hadn't prompted it. they changed 'advisor' then had to wait again. They sent an email stating if I wanted to make a complaint i would need to use the chat - i did and it had a 'system error' - 1.5 hours of wasted time

There chatbot and call centre are hopeless. The website is terribly difficult to navigate to get somewhere to actually find an answer, the selections for online chat are limited, it logs you out before you get help so you have to add all your information again, and actual people just leave the chat without solving your issue. to get a 360 box update, the tv selection didn't work, no place online to order, when eventually I got through to someone they confirmed the order that never came. Hopeless. Interestingly, even though a lot of reviews are about how difficult communication is, they replied to this trying to get me to contact them through various methods and no doubt waste more time

18 months between order and potential shipping date. There seems to be something rotten with this company - ordered the Sam Fender live album after the concert in June 2023 and just been told that it won't be released until December 2024 - I expect a load of people would have moved by then or forgotten about it. no justification at all in allowing you to make an order and pay without minimising the production time, other than I guess so they can bank the money for as long as possible - I will be keeping well away from this company in future.

The latest excuse is their installer Danskkabeltv can't install it without a digger which is lies as they have installed in all other properties without a digger.

Months of excuses why they won't dig the cable in to our house. Latest one being that they are only willing to use a digger even though no other property around us had a digger. They have even suggested that we would have to move a container or demolish a carport rather than digging in the garden or going the other side of the house like other properties.

Unsubscribing to this is made almost impossible, which shows that this company's only interest is to bleed you for as long as they can, they offer no support, no value - stay away from them at all costs! They will continue to charge you and send extra penalties even if you don't use their sim anymore, to make money this way from what we had hoped was some safety for our children is disgusting.
