This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. The items I received were completely off in size and unusable. There was no clear return policy on their website, and after reaching out, I was met with vague, delayed, and misleading responses.
They made the return process intentionally difficult, hoping I would miss their 28-day window. I paid for the return shipping myself, even though the website claimed free returns. It took them three months to refund only a portion of my money. Despite providing tracking information immediately, I had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic response.
