Shocking lack of customer service!!!

Shocking lack of customer service!!!! I ordered a 6 seater couch for 2,000Fr on 8 August for delivery 8 November. After no contact and no answer to multiple emails I managed to speak to an agent who told me they would arrange delivery after 10 December. On the 17th after no contact and being ignored again I called and was told that the couch might be ready after June 2026, or not. “Delays happen, not our problem” the agent told me. So now I have to sit on the floor for 6 months while I wait for another couch to be delivered.

Abusive business

Absolute thieves - you must avoid them at all costs. I sold my motorbike on their sister platform and the same day it was sold on Ricardo.ch as I did not have time to remove the listing. They now want me to pay commission twice on a single sale, and say that commission is due even if the sale is not concluded. Absolutely unfair and despicable business practice

Utterly dishonest and abusive customer…

Utterly dishonest and abusive customer practice. I signed up to contact a tutor who offered me a free phone call to say he doesn’t even live in the country he is registered in but can teach on zoom!!!

I was subsequently debited £29 for 3 months until I found that on my credit card statement. Despite me never having used the service the company refuses to refund me the £90 for absolutely no service whatsoever. Disgusting thieves!!!!

Unethical company

I joined on 1 July for 39.99 per month. On 28 July I received an email saying my price was going to increase by 5% in a months time! I checked the website and it clearly states that the package still costs 39.99. This is an unethical, shameful practice to trick consumers into paying an upfront fee and getting locked into a contract

Expensive compared to other brands

We purchased a water softener in 2012 for £1000. The installation was fine, and it worked mostly well for 5 years. However every now and then we would end up having extremely salty water when brushing teeth. This is happening all the time now and the product is clearly not working as it flushed itself continuously. they sent an engineer out who replaced the flow meters and adjusted the water levels. We’re hoping this has done the trick
