I bought a small bedside drawer, which turned out to be completely watered money. It arrived disassembled, without any possibility or even instructions on how to assemble it. On top of that it was very low quality. Went directly to the garbage bin.
Mail to them was ignored.
They won't see me as a client in the future

I strongly advise against shopping at Beliani. The product I received was incomplete, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I never received a response or a real solution. If you expect to receive a complete product and want a company that stands behind what it sells, unfortunately, this is not the place for you. In my experience, you can be pretty sure that unreturned emails and unresolved issues are part of what you can expect here.

Fast delivery high quality and classic design I appreciate Beliani team

We purchased a sofa. The delivery time was extremely long. After three months of waiting, the order status was showing “preparing for shipment”. We waited one more month, but the status did not change. We then contacted the company and were told that the sofa we ordered was no longer available because Beliani no longer works with that supplier. This decision had clearly been made some time ago.

In practice, we waited four months, sitting on the floor, for nothing. As compensation, the company offered a voucher of 50 CHF. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do not order from this website.

I ordered several products from Bellamy, including a sofa called Glorvica. The sofa arrived and their team assembled it in my home. Immediately, I noticed a very strong and disgusting smell. It smelled like rotten eggs.

I removed the cover because I wanted to wash it. When I saw the filling inside, I was shocked. If I have the option, I will attach a photo. The materials look awful. The quality is extremely low. This is the lowest level of quality you can imagine.

The Glorvica sofa is also impossible to use. It is extremely uncomfortable. After 10 minutes, my back or legs start to hurt. You simply cannot sit on it. I have had it for only a few days and it already has visible gaps and deformations. This is unacceptable for a product at this price.

I asked for a replacement and I was willing to pay the price difference for another sofa. They told me I might have to pay transport fees because I no longer had the original packaging. This makes no sense. They advertise a 14 day return policy, but you must disassemble the sofa yourself and handle the return transport on your own.

I also ordered a black table. It arrived completely scratched. They showed no interest and took no responsibility.

I do not recommend this website. Some prices may look attractive, but the quality is very poor. Customer service does not respect the client. There are many better alternatives with fair prices and acceptable quality.

I am extremely disappointed. This experience was unacceptable. I would give this site zero stars if that were possible.

Shocking lack of customer service!!!! I ordered a 6 seater couch for 2,000Fr on 8 August for delivery 8 November. After no contact and no answer to multiple emails I managed to speak to an agent who told me they would arrange delivery after 10 December. On the 17th after no contact and being ignored again I called and was told that the couch might be ready after June 2026, or not. “Delays happen, not our problem” the agent told me. So now I have to sit on the floor for 6 months while I wait for another couch to be delivered.

The furniture is exactly as shown in the photo. It fits the room perfectly. Excellent communication and assistance in selecting furniture. I highly recommend it.

Great selection of chairs -- comfortable and affordable (with applicable offers). It is my second time buying a chair from them, and I am pretty happy.

Discounts are fake. They pretend there are black Friday discounts, but as soon as black Friday ends, the full price becomes what jsed to be marked as a discounted price

Garbage products and terrible customer service. It's all cheap stuff from aliexpress sold x10. Never buy full price, they have sales at half the price every other week. Also most of the reviews seem to be fake.

A terrible experience from start to finish.
The delivery was initially delayed beyond the expected date. The sofa I ordered arrived seriously damaged, after repeated delays. I had to keep the broken sofa at home for weeks, completely taking up the living room, without receiving any assistance.
The customer service is chaotic and inefficient: slow responses, broken promises, and no real assistance.
Only one employee showed up for the replacement, forcing a friend of mine to help carry two sofas up several flights of stairs—despite having paid for delivery to the floor.
As "compensation," I was offered an outrageous amount for the inconvenience.
And finally, the new sofa doesn't even meet the measurements listed on the website.

Ordered a set consisting of a table and a chair. Timely delivery, good quality items.

We bought 2 lovely beds from Beliani (+ 1 matress). The frames are sturdy, elegant and the fabric of high quality. It was easy to assemble them which is always an added benefit. The matress is also super.

I ordered a coffee table that was showing in stock. Four days later a email was sent saying "Your order is on its way to your home". Yet nothing has arrived weeks later and the freight company say they have been advised of the parcel but "We have no tracks for your parcel yet".
