Item appears as described and reasonable quality. The tracking of the parcel was reasonable but there were no up to date details provided. Most were four days old and then catch-up for those days provided. It arrived but tracking did not have this information provided

Poor customer service.

My wife purchased two Foldie travel bags and two Foldie crossbody bags for our recent trip to Europe. The two travel bags performed very well. Having the extra zip around the bottom allowed it to expand whenever required. One of the crossbody bags also was great but when my wife first used hers the stitching on the zip across the front gave way. She contacted Foldie and one customer service person straight away said it would be replaced. A day later another person contacted to say they couldn’t find our purchase record and that it would not be replaced. I don’t know where they thought we purchased it from as it has the Foldie name on it. So no replacement. Poor service I feel. They were all purchased from Foldie a few months prior to our trip and this happen while we were away.

What a great experience

What a great experience. All the trains we caught were on time and very efficient. We enjoyed the travel experience. The only stress is finding the correct train and platform initially but then your set.

Not worth the extra for priority boarding

It was a good flight from Cagliari to Rome and left within 20 minutes of the suggested time. We purchased priority tickets which were a waste of time as after the children and disabled all other passengers were able to pass through to the plane. It was not well organised.

Great Eurpocar experience

Just had a Europcar in Sardinia for 7 days and very happy with the overall service. Picked up in Olbia at airport. Representative suggest upgrading to a slightly bigger car as we had two large suitcases. Very happy we did as they fitted in the boot easily. We had a Peugeot 2008. Great vehicle to drive. It was not very clean on the inside or out but travelled well and very fuel efficient. We travelled North, West and finally South. Returned the vehicle to Cagliari Airport. Drove in parked, representative came out checked vehicle and I signed the document to finalise the rental. Very easy. 500€ deposit paid at pickup returned prior to delivery. Amazing service. Would certainly use them again and recommend.

Delay, delay and no item

There was a delay in the item being sent but communication was great. I still have not received the item 4 weeks after ordering it as there apparently is a delay. It has not moved since pickup. I have contacted you twice with no reply. Australia Post also is no help

Great product, slow delivery

The only issue was the delivery. AusPost had the item for more than 15 days before it was delivered. It was picked up within 24 hours but unfortunately the delivery was slow. Great product.
