Absolutely shocking customer service. Will not issue returns instructions or address, but instead send you endless emails with offers to keep the goods in return for a 30 or 50% refund. Quality of the items does not match the price, so you'd never sell them on and make your money back that way. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

My recent order from PatPat was not good - the items were poor quality (I know the stuff’s cheap but...) and the fit was atrocious. They do not include return details in the parcel so you have to email them via the website. When I got a response I then had to send photos of each item in my order with the labels. I then got another response offering me credit instead of return details - I don’t want credit, I want my money back. It’s taken 5 days to get to this point and I’ve had to send another email requesting return details. Not worth the hassle at all, the customer service is shocking.

Great customer service over the phone to obtain a quote and book my upholstery cleaning. The job was done to a really good quality and the man that came to do it was really respectful of our house, being careful not to trample wet shoes through etc.
