I ordered a pair of shoes in the color “Nubuck Khaki–Pistachio,” and when they arrived, I noticed that the color was slightly different from the photos online. I contacted customer support, and they handled everything professionally, quickly, and very kindly.
They acknowledged the issue, organized a free return from my home, and kept me updated throughout the process. Their communication was clear and polite, which made the situation completely stress-free.
In the end, I decided to keep the shoes, and I’m very happy with them. I really appreciate the team’s efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Delivery was paid for the ordered sneakers, and they should have arrived on August 31, 2023. The delivery was delayed, they arrived on September 4, 2023. From then until September 15, 2023. they have been worn a couple of times and have already cracked. what will it be after 6 months of wear. the quality of my sneakers is very bad.
