Wonderful customer service

Wow, so happy I’ve taken my travel insurance out with gigasure. I’ve taken couples policy out and I made a silly mistake on my wife’s date of birth, was expecting a difficult time to correct this, not at all the case. Had an online chat with a very efficient advisor, sorted everything quickly so happy days.
No charge for making a change to our policy, the cost beat all other quotes, will definitely be using again 10/10

Terrible appalling company

Terrible, bought ins 2 days before it was due. They then cancelled it with a few hours to deadline, saying I hadn’t declared all convictions/penalties…. I immediately sent them proof of this being an error on their part but said it had already been cancelled and would be refunding the amount minus a £30 admin charge.
Needless to say I’m taking it further and advice from solicitor…. Just beware of this company, not even an apology and only communication is via online chat

passed 1st time my C+E driving test

Just passed my C+E driving test (1st time) thanks to the brilliant instructors at Leeds. they were very helpful, knowledgeable and I can not fault their professionalism.
So happy I went with Hughes, I had no previous lorry driving experience and this company was fantastic from start to finish, highly recommend to anyone thinking of a driving career.
