Do not use under any circumstances it is a scam company they send you junk and then refuse the so-called three return and closing the account I have spent thousands with them over the years they will not get another Penny from me nothing but scammers.

Biggest scammers on the internet shouldn't be allowed to trade, they free it returns are not worth nothing, can't even return something that only cost £10, they keep rejecting it and asking for more photos when I have sent them photos.. just close my account down I will never use you again, I have spent thousands with you over the years but you won't get another Penny from me..
Your company is nothing but scammers free Returns do not exist and if I do not get my refund I will do a chargeback with the bank I will never use you again

Do not use this scam cowboy of a company, because it's impossible to get a refund, they reject every claim even though they are supposed to have free Returns will never use them again... stick to eBay or Amazon or even temu.

When we attempted to initiate the refund, we received an error that stated the seller refund can't be triggered because of the ongoing dispute you had with eBay. It was after the dispute was closed that we were able to refund you on 10/10/2025 for both unreceived items.
I truly regret the upsetting experience you have encountered.
Just put the Barclays app on my new phone as my other phone was lost, told me I needed to pay my Barclaycard balance I paid it.. not thinking and they're noticed I had already paid it two weeks ago, now it's impossible the contact somebody because they have taken payment twice
Terrible over priced power tools, cheaply made in China.. very inaccurate unless you set them up, and then they go out of accuracy very easily.. i would not waste my money on this cheap DIY brand again definitely not professional use quality...
Do not under any circumstance use this company to buy expensive goods it is a nightmare to get a refund I bought a scope, it played up within the first day now I am waiting to see if I can get a refund, if not I will go through my bank.. you don't get this hassle with temu... It's not the first time I've been scammed with a refund with this company I will be closing it down as soon as I get this sorted.

What a complete joke with this new postage system.. you are now charging my customers just under £3 when I can send it for £1.50 and the cheek as well you charge them a buyer protection fee, i have no alternative but to stop selling on your platform and use my etsy instead
I no longer use them as you need to give an email address now as proof, and then you get spammed to death and back by them.. how did the courier do etc.. absolute nightmare. I'll use Parcel Force from now on maybe more expensive but you don't have this bs

Just removed a lot of things on eBay as I know realise you can't post anything that is over 60 cm long, absolutely stupid system.. don't they want the custom.. whoever is managing eBay needs to be sacked ASAP
Terrible how you can no longer get a receipt when you send a parcel, unless you give them your email bring back the old system.. Or I'll just use Royal Mail from now on.

The only reason that this company gets good reviews on Trustpilot is because it gets negative reviews taken down.. it's just got one of mine taken down.. trustpilot what is the point in this if you don't leave reviews up
