We absolutely love Sky stream

We absolutely love Sky stream! Read the reviews but really wanted rid of our ugly dish, so decided to try it out. It is excellent! Layout is far superior, voice control works brilliantly, recording and rewinding/fast forwarding all work better! If you're thinking of trying it I'd say give it a go. We will certainly never go back to the dish!

Awful product and customer service.

Festavia lights do not work outside, despite the website saying clearly 'for outdoor use'. Advised that I should have read the FAQs??? Really? Left feedback previously which has been taken down so here it is again. Absolutely horrible customer service, took weeks of being continually ignored to get my money back. Do not use!!

Festavia lights disappointing and money stolen!

Festavia lights state they will work outside. However what they don't tell you on the website is that must be plugged in indoors! Useless. Refund took over a month to come back, communications were terrible. Avoid!

In response to your feedback - the website states upfront 'outdoor use' - I should not have to look in the FAQs to find that they are in actual fact, not suitable for outdoor use. I also still haven't received my money back, 5 full working days after your stated deadline. Will I ever get it back I wonder?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts about our Festavia string lights. While the product is IP rated for outdoor use, there is two methods in which they can be installed:

1. They can be connected to our low-voltage outdoor lighting systems where an outdoor PSU may be installed per the instructions on our website

2. If using the standard-voltage installation method utilizing the PSU supplied with the product, it must indeed be plugged in indoors for customers in the UK as mentioned on the FAQ section for Festavia on our website: https://www.philips-hue.com/en-gb/p/hue-white-and-colour-ambiance-festavia-string-lights/8720169246645#Can_I_use_the_Festavia_power_supply_unit_outside_

We apologize that you felt that this was not made immediately clear to you. Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Took my money, did not send the item nor respond to 6 or 7 emails which I sent asking for my money back. Claimed back through the bank. Avoid at all costs!
