Order a bag and 10 day later it had still not arrived, the Evri track simply said it was delayed, after checking multiple times, waiting for messages to respond it turned out the bag was returned. What is simply unacceptable was firstly choosing such a poor courier, secondly no attempt was made to fix the problem, a simple refund was actioned. I didn’t want my money, I wanted the bag I ordered, I will not be buying or should I say attempt at buying from Kurt Geiger again.
