Order a bag and 10 day later it had…

Order a bag and 10 day later it had still not arrived, the Evri track simply said it was delayed, after checking multiple times, waiting for messages to respond it turned out the bag was returned. What is simply unacceptable was firstly choosing such a poor courier, secondly no attempt was made to fix the problem, a simple refund was actioned. I didn’t want my money, I wanted the bag I ordered, I will not be buying or should I say attempt at buying from Kurt Geiger again.

The absolute worst company ever

The absolute worst company ever, don’t order and if you have cancel, the worst customer service, no phone number to call, I am about to start legal action for a full refund

Massive disappointment

So far not great, kit was delivered and the wheel doesn’t turn, so I’m now having to use the car as my bike is it bits. Massive issue is that despite countless attempts to contact Swytch bike, they just ignore you, no number to call, if I don’t here back by Wednesday I will be asking by credit card to claim the money back for faulty equipment, and contacting Trading Standards and Media as no one should be treated this poorly.

Your response was to email you, I have 20 times and only received 2 response, firstly giving some very basic details, all of which didn’t come close to answering, secondly on the 27th asking for a video which I did immediately. Now the 3rd May and still no response. It’s now been over a month that my bike has been in bits waiting for you to give me a working response!!!! No phone call despite countless requests. Do you just not like your customers or ??

Still waiting for bottles 🙁

I would love to give a review on the product, I ordered both a bottle and food storage two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for them to arrive, the first were lost with Hermes, and after contacting Chillys, they carried out an investigation, confirmed they have been lost, so now waiting for Royal Mail, sadly not sent recorded or special so it seems I have to just wait ! ! Maybe when you spend over £50 Why are they being cheap with delivery?

Flowers turned up late in the day

Flowers turned up late in the day, were out of water so looking very sad, we lost 2 roses when opening, and the chocs were very soft, can I suggest you arrange delivery before 10:00 to avoid in future
