I ordered a pair of trainers and experienced constant delays and very poor communication from the company. Key issues:
- No real updates on the order status. I was repeatedly told it was “on the way,” but there was no transparency about where things actually were.
- The item needed to come from the warehouse, yet timing and process details were unclear.
- I asked for cancellation and a refund because I bought elsewhere, but the order shipped anyway. I had to return it, and the return process was a nightmare.
- I arranged for parcel pickup (and paid for it), but the pickup never happened. I ended up dropping the parcel at a shop.
- I’m still awaiting a refund long after the return. In 2026, I expect refunds to be processed as soon as the return is scanned, similar to other retailers.
Overall, a frustrating and inconsistent experience that falls short of what I’d expect from a reputable retailer. I won’t shop with this company again unless there are significant improvements in communication, order tracking, and refund/returns processing.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the packaging of my recent order, an expensive bag shipped from abroad and delivered to me.
Given the value of the item and the fact that it was an international shipment, I was surprised to find that it arrived only in a paper bag, without a solid protective box or adequate external packaging. For a product at this price point, the least I could expect is proper and secure packaging that reflects the quality of the item and protects it during transit.
While the bag itself appears to be 'undamaged', the inadequate packaging exposed it to unnecessary risk and detracted from the overall purchasing experience. Premium products should be accompanied by packaging that meets reasonable expectations for protection, presentation, and brand standards.
This is unacceptable. I trust you will take this feedback seriously.

I order online all the time and never experience something like this. I was sent two different shoe sizes and I didn't realize until I wore the item. I ordered my boots in October but didn't wear them until February and I can't even enjoy the product. How do you send someone two different shoe sizes? And because it's outside of 30-days, they refuse to help me. I don't want my money back, I just want to enjoy the product. I'm in disbelief that the company won't even help me because this is a different type of situation. I will never order from them again, I'm so disappointed.

KG, delivered an incomplete order (4 out of 6) and based on the courier who asked me to get in touch with KG for a replacement, they have refused to fulfill my order and/or refund my money despite multiple emails to their customer support teams.
I will not be placing anything from KG in the future and I advise people to stay away from them.

I’ve had enough of this company, my parcel is missing , Evri have confirmed my order is lost! Yet Kurt Geiger will not listen to me and keep closing my case! I get one email back after my first email then they don’t get back to me. There is no one to contact you by phone, nor is there a number to call, to talk to someone! Terrible company to purchase from!

Missing items kurts accused me of lying apparently its my fault for their error refused to deal with the situation according to them all items were packed however looking at the parcel pictures its was common sense that 2 large trainer pairs plus a large tote and earrings would not fit in a small parcel but any who i was made to pay for items i did not receive terrible customer service im still in disbelief that they handled this situation in this way I always order from them never have i ever encountered any issues in the past this was the first im a little disheartened austin the customer service rep absolute awful no apology nothing awful

I have being goin back and forth with them for a month now…They signed for and received my item in their warehouse on 1/8 and still have not refunded me..I will be contacting the BBB as my bank has also advised they have no refund submitted from them.. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!

I recently visited the Kurt shop at Westfield Shopping Centre, where a lady named Sofia kindly assisted me with an exchange for my newly purchased boots that turned out to be faulty. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend this brand to my friends and loved ones, not only for its stylish fashion but also for its excellent customer service.

Like many of these reviews the customer service is awful. Purchased a bag and it was 'delivered' when looking at the delivery photo this is not my address nor is it anywhere I recognise! Called FedEx who were brilliant and stated that it had in fact been delivered to the wrong address...told to contact kurt geiger who can raise a claim with them and I would get a refund. Well, after multiple emails from Austin basically saying its been delivered and therefore we wont give you a refund my patience has gone. I actually loved the brand but this experience has made me never want wear or buy from them again!!
