Mediocre quality and terrible refunds for returns
The quality and sizing has changed for the worse. Used the size guide and the virtual size guide tool and both items I bought were too large and I noticed the decreased quality in material. What I received was not worth the amount I actually paid for it in my opinion. You used to have well made items that were worth the extra money. Now it’s just not worth it.
Since both items were too large and I was unhappy with both I figured I would return my two items. Please note I purchased them from out of country. I was okay with the 25 dollars re shipping cost. Which got the the destination within 24 hours so that shipping cost was expedited greatly something not mentioned in the return portal. There should be options to have return shipping at different rates. Regardless, my original order total was approximately 100 dollars CAD. I was refunded 45 dollars CAD. Now I was expecting a refund for the price I bought the items at minus the shipping so 75 dollars re cooperated cost.
I’m unhappy that a company can take more money from me without me having anything to show for it. Out of country buyers beware if you want to return as you will just throw money away for otherwise mediocre quality clothing.
