Maybe living in Cornwall the time…

Maybe living in Cornwall the time plants spend in transit is the reason why so many of the small plants don't survive so I have decided to buy anymore
.however buying bulbs etc is fine.

Cypress

As. You know I am a club member and am usually very happy with your service. However I have received 2 cypress trees that are in a por state with a lot of dead foliage which I do not think will recover.

Paid for delivery on 17th arrived…

Paid for delivery on 17th arrived damaged on the 29th.
Had to go elsewhere to buy.
