No delivery and no refund
I ordered from TrekkInn 18.12 and package was never delivered
1. You have received confirmation of address twice
2. Customer service has long response time if answer at all or “will refer to the relevant department”
3. The phone number eventually referred to only in Spanish refers to the website and plays loud music…
Order was made 18.12 with promise of delivery in 2-5 days.
