Most frustrating experience ever.

Worked an entire Sunday afternoon to open an account and transfer money into it. Impossible. Phone app (required to proceed) just spins a wheel that never stops. They blocked a transfer from a major bank for no reason. Cancellation the next day took an hour since that required the phone app that never opened for me. What a horrible experience. Finally got the account closed and will NEVER TO RETURN to Openbank.

Switched from Progressive, saved 40% for better coverage.

When Progressive increased their rates [again] with my perfect driving record and low-milage] I checked out Liberty. Got a 40% decrease in rates with better coverage. Lots of bonus reductions, professional service, easy to access. Will stick with them for the next 6 months and see if I'm still thrilled.

Progressive was my auto insurance for several years of abiding their continual rate increases. Then I discovered Liberty Mutual, who provided MORE coverage at 60% of Progressive's annual rate.

Bye-bye, Progressive; you've become Regressive.

Distain and disrespect

I was treated with such distain and rudeness today, others in line stepped up for me.

After over an hour waiting for my scheduled vaccination appointment, I was forced to go through the same 10-minutes of background info I'd already submitted online hours before prior to my appt. I produced my Medicare card but was told it wasn't needed...just take a seat and wait...for another 45 minutes. Then I'm called to the window and told they needed to see the Medicare care card I never showed to them.

"Please review your security cam, and you'll see that I kept trying to show it earlier but told it wasn't needed."
"Just have a seat and wait."
Another 35 minutes.

I'll skip my strong replies, but the manager not only informed me that because I was a "public disturbance" my vaccination was cancelled, I must leave the store immediately, and he's calling the police over an "uncontrollable customer."
This from the pharmacy "Trusted since 1901"

NEVER AGAIN.

AVOID KELLAM

I enrolled with Kellam’s monthly contract for periodic inspections of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Today’s appointment was made weeks ago, and I was told to be home from 8-5. Fine. I cancelled work and adjusted other scheduled appointments to be home.

Guess what? Just got a text a few minutes ago cancelling today’s appointment. I called to express my frustration and was hung up on by the phone attendant. She screamed: “Go yell at someone else,” and slammed the phone on me. Fine. No more future appointments for Kellam to break, because I just cancelled my contract.

I’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment. Avoid Kellam; find someone who respects you, honors your time, keeps their appointments, and exhibits human courtesy.

BUYER BEWARE

After being very impressed with the selection of coffee mugs, I clicked on the offer for a 20% discount "on all orders placed within 24 hours." My order was placed 5 minutes later....but was charged the FULL PRICE, no discount. A chat with the online staff said that that would not apply since I was offered free shipping. LET ME BE CLEAR: That was never a stipulation of the offer.
UPDATE: Item (a ceramic mug) was delivered today, is of acceptable quality, and was one week in transit. After several online chats, they decided to refund ALL of my payment, so I received the mug for free. It will not alter my opinion of this company's clear and deliberate deception during the ordering process. I will never do business with Fine Art America again. NEVER.

Worst banking experience ever

Worst banking experience ever. Horrible customer service. Impossible to transfer funds. Tried today to find out why I never received a promised callback and was told by Brittany, "Sorry, your account just slipped through the cracks." Asked for her supervisor and waited 25 minutes. Told supervisor Terrence that I wanted no part of a bank where my account could "slip through the cracks." This has been a nightmare. Told Terrence to cancel my account and do whatever it takes to get Patriot Bank out of my life. We'll see if he does a better job than Brittany.

NEVER !!!

I ordered a sheet set 3 months ago for use in a guest room. Upon arrival, I inspected them thoroughly, and they were perfect. They have been rarely used, and laundered only 3 times.

After today’s wash (the 3rd), I noticed a large span of ruptured fabric. 10"x5" area of deteriorated damage.
This was alarming, because the price I paid (almost $100) should have assured better quality.

I emailed them 10 days ago with an explanation, photo, and requested a reply. Nothing.

I should have believed other online reviews before ordering.

Leaving this online banking today after…

Leaving this online banking today after 2 years. Horrible customer service (conflicting information, phone agents giving obscure directions, very slow transfers, etc.) Website is impossible to navigate, and agents are untrained to help over the phone. Never again.
UPDATE 3 weeks later: After pestering me with impossible directions on how to close my account, I finally got the balance back to 0 and will proceed to just forget about this "bank."
Today I got an email from them with directions how to download my IRS documents with the instruction to click on the "view' button on my account. No such button exists. A call to their "help center" admitted that they haven't updated those instructions.
SUGGESTION: Don't even think about dealing with these inept people.

Stickers cause damage

My latex foam chair cushion arrived quickly and appeared perfect. Then I went to carefully remove several large stickers from the surface, and over ½" depth of foam tore off under each sticker. I emailed my complaint days ago and have not received a reply. Terrible customer service.

EDIT:
Team Turmerry finally replied to my complaint…but only AFTER it appeared publicly here on TrustPilot, which they referenced. Looks like they’re more concerned with reputation and reviews than responding to customers’ email complaints.

The rep, Jeff, explained that the stickers aren’t meant to be removed, which I found puzzling. They’re big, they’re thick, they span a big area of one side of the cushion, and would show when the cushion is covered with a sheer fabric. There was no “Do not remove, as that will damage the foam” notice anywhere. Seems that might be a good idea, no?

The rep gave me a choice of a replacement (with the same ugly, unremovable stickers) or a refund. I chose the refund…which was only offered AFTER they saw my negative TrustPilot review. The refund was made promptly.

He asked me twice to delete or revise my review.
So here’s my revision.

Customer emailed us about this issue on Dec 13, we emailed the same day and informed that we are looking into this issue as this is the first time we are receiving this complaint. We were unable to send another cushion as all our cushions have the same sticker. We refunded on Dec 14, the next day. We are also looking into taking corrective actions. Sorry we could not immediately take care of the customer situation the same day he emailed during the busy holiday season but we took care of it by next day. We understand that the customer is right about his situation but we request customers to understand small businesses like us with limited staff and allow us at least a day or two before jumping and giving negative reviews that permanently affect our reputation and credibility.

Cell2Get: Sketchy service

Cell2Get sent the right phone but accessories were missing or downgraded from what was advertised under "Product Features" of the phone I ordered. An email reply and a phone conversation both said, "too bad, we sell overstock items. Return it if you're not satisfied." The box was missing ANY and ALL paperwork, the little pin to open the SIM port, and the advertised high-speed adapter promised as included in the purchase The adapter was a cheap foreign version with half the power of the one advertised on the Cell2Get page where I placed my order. When I checked the return policy, it said a 15% restock fee is charged for returns. Order at your own risk.

FOLLOW UP:
Cell2Get, Inc., after 3 weeks of email and phone exchanges, eventually sent the items that were missing in the initial package. The parts arrived in several partial mailings following my continued complaints.
Though they finally delivered the features promised on their website's cell phone description, it's doubtful I will do further business with Cell2Get.
