Hi Jonathan, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for all the inconvenience. It usually takes 3-7 working days for deliveries within the US and we always try our best to get orders delivered within this standard timeframe. Having checked the tracking number, the parcel has not moved since 17th June 2022. We take all feedback we receive on board and will pass this on to the relevant team for further investigation.
