Poor quality of item and customer service. I ordered a skirt which was damaged when it arrived (had a rip down the seam). The parcel came in SHEIN packaging which I was surprised about as I wasn’t aware that miss guided were now getting their clothing from SHEIN. It took ages to come too so I think it got shipped from china. I asked for a refund due to the damaged item which they were happy to give me a ‘100% refund’ - however, they only refunded me what I paid for the item and not the £4.99 shipping fee. I don’t expect to lose out on money when I receive a damaged item, but they are refusing to refund me shipping costs despite the damaged item.

Similar to other reviews, complete scam. Tried to charge me a final bill of £200 for energy when I was paying £17 a month in a one bedroom flat myself. Fair enough I owed a little bit more after giving my metre reading but only slightly and not the £200 they tried to charge me. The amount of time and energy I've spent on hold for hours, getting passed between departments, miscommunication, lack of communication. I also was explicitly told that there would not be a cancellation fee for cancelling my broadband before the 12 month contract ended (only required broadband for maximum of 6 months which I made clear when taking it out). However, got hit with a £95 final bill for broadband (I have paid in full for every month until I cancelled it). Never dealt with such an incompetent company. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a bag for £40 and came quicker than expected. Was a little worried due to bad reviews but I'm happy with the bag. The bags aren't expensive so you do get what you pay for, it's not going to be the best quality given how cheap they are but it looks exactly as advertised and doesn't look cheap.
