Poor quality of item and customer service
Poor quality of item and customer service. I ordered a skirt which was damaged when it arrived (had a rip down the seam). The parcel came in SHEIN packaging which I was surprised about as I wasn’t aware that miss guided were now getting their clothing from SHEIN. It took ages to come too so I think it got shipped from china. I asked for a refund due to the damaged item which they were happy to give me a ‘100% refund’ - however, they only refunded me what I paid for the item and not the £4.99 shipping fee. I don’t expect to lose out on money when I receive a damaged item, but they are refusing to refund me shipping costs despite the damaged item.
