DREADFUL experience

DREADFUL experience. Bought heated gilet before Christmas as a present. Arrived on 3rd January so missed Christmas and was faulty. I returned it (for £12 postage fee) on 6th January and as at 9th February am STILL waiting for a refund, despite having chased it 4 times. Do not buy from this firm.

Poor

This was not a good experience. The woman on the phone was very aggressive, pressurised me into buying a ticket that I subsequently found out was £150 more than any other providers. When I tried to cancel the ticket, the administration fee was unsurprisingly £150.

If there was an option to give zero…

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Our 6 month Lofa sofa developed a rip on the armrest which I reported in the Summer. Eventually someone came out in September to confirm the fabric had been attached incorrectly as it was too tight, causing it to rip. He said Loaf would fix it shortly. In October Loaf sent fabric samples to replace the arm covering to which I responded immediately confirming which colour matched. I have called every fortnight ever since to try and get them to come and fix the sofa and we're now in December without ANY progress. Do NOT buy a sofa from Loaf, they are poor quality and have a terrible aftercare service.
