The good bits.
Website works well with lots of information, products in stock and order process was smooth.

The bad bits.
1. No confirmation of delivery date. First I knew about delivery was the driver telling me he was 10 minutes away. Luckily a neighbour was able to sign for the delivery.
2. Items missing from delivery
3. Unacceptably long wait times when trying to contact by phone (1 hour)
4. Emailed several times to several different emails listed on website and received no response.

Recently purchased a replacement kitchen from KitchenSinc and cannot praise them highly enough. From the initial site visit to discuss the layout, through the design and delivery Chris kept an eye on everything. We had a few little niggles along the way but all were sorted promptly.
