I have ordered from you for many years…

I have ordered from you for many years and my last order- in mid October 2024 I ordered at your flagship store in London. I ordered a hamper (my selections) and what I received was a box containing my goods and NO HAMPER. These products were meant to be a gift. I didn’t have the heart to give them to a family member in a box that was falling apart.

If I could give this company a negative…

If I could give this company a negative star I would. They are a scam and once I realized this immediately contacted my bank. They look legit but when they send you your ‘tickets’ you can’t download them. In addition, the cost of our tickets in the UK I soon discovered we’re 4X LESS than the charge that rail.Ninja tried to charge me.

Gross misrepresentation of the hotel…

Gross misrepresentation of the hotel where we stayed prior to flying out from Salt Lake City. Don't trust what they report.
