Hoy he presentado dos reclamaciones contra Allzone: ante la Comunidad de Madrid y ante la OCU. Con una firma digital, cualquiera puede hacer esto en 10 minutos. Cuanto más reclamaciones presentemos, más posibilidades tendremos de devolver nuestro dinero. El siguiente paso es presentar un reclamo ante la Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC) de mi lugar de residencia y ante el tribunal de arbitraje. Es paso siguiente es una denuncia a la policía sobre fraude y enriquecimiento ilícito.

12 days ago my order 754116784 status changed to "Reembolso en tramitación". It is obvious that there is still no money from Allzone in my account. In order to file a consumer claim, a month must pass from the moment the return request was sent. Now this deadline has been met and I can file a claim. No one dares to steal my money!

On February 10th, I ordered and paid for a Pixel 8a, order number 754116784. The payment has not been credited yet, and support is not responding. I have canceled the order and requested a refund to the account from which the payment was made. As the situation develops, I will update my review and final rating.
Update February 12:
The order status has changed to "payment accepted." In the evening, I received a call from a company representative who clarified whether I had really canceled the order. I confirmed the cancellation. They promised to contact me within 3-6 days.
Update February 17:
Five days have passed since the last call. No one has contacted me. Order status "Cancelación en tramite". I am lowering the rating to 2 stars. I will wait another two days, then I will make an appointment with the police.
Update February 20: 8 days have passed since I received your confirmation of my order cancellation. However, the cancellation has not yet been processed by AllZone. They have violated all the deadlines indicated on their web page. I am reducing the rating to one star and filing a consumer complaint online on the Comunidad de Madrid web page. I invite everyone who has suffered from the actions of this company to follow my example.
